1) At the beginning
The status was 'Application fee received'. The medicals were 'required' or 'outstanding'.
Everything in 'Document Checklist' were 'Required', including the medical's forms.
2) Near CO allocation
A new status was added, 'Applicating being processed further'.
3) CO contact
A new line was added, 'e-Mail sent to you'.
All the documents in Document Checklist changed from Required to MET or Requested.
4) A few days after the exams reached Sydney
Medical examination required -> Further medical results referred
chest x-ray report required -> Further medical results referred
chest x-ray film required -> Further medical results referred
HIV blood test required -> HIV blood test referred
I'm not sure what comes after!

Update:
5) Exams finalised
Health requirements outstanding -> Health requirements finalised
The forms were 'Requested' yet.
6) Visa granted
The status 'Application being processed further' disappeared.
Everything in Document Checklist changed to 'MET'.
The status page do not show the health requirements anymore; now it shows 'Applicant approved'.
As a bonus, a printscreen of an approved applicant, who got a direct grant ;)
